“Stones”afternoon tea is presented on modern lacquerware tea stands. The vivid scarlet of 10 kinds of strawberry sweets creates a striking visual contrast with snow-white winter theme color. Japanese tea cakes from Fukui confec-tioner Maruokaya are complemented by Shizuoka matcha from Marumo Mori.漆塗りのティースタンドを舞台としたアフタヌーンティー“Stones”。この冬はテーマカラーの白(雪色)と、苺を使った10種のスイーツが象徴する赤(朱色)の情景でおもてなしします。寒さの中で美味しさを増すサボイキャベツや菊芋などのセイボリー。和菓子は福井の「お菓子処 丸岡家」より。抹茶は静岡の茶匠マルモ森商店の「いずれ」をご用意しています。Visions of White and Red 白と赤が織り成す、午後の風景。
